Rewards for Holiday Games -- even if you lose
I've been playing the new Costume Brawl game quite a bit and it's a really fun game. However, like many "Random Arena" type games, it can become very frustrating to keep playing. One of the most aggravating things is that many people leave whenever they think that they're team is going to lose. (I've seen people leave the Costume Brawl when our team was only down 0-2!)
In order to keep people from leaving, I recommend that even the players on the losing team get some type of reward for sticking it out to the end. Perhaps Gamer title points -- fewer than the winning team receives, of course. Or give the losing team 1 item (eg: Trick-or-Treat bag) and the winning team 2 or more items.
In the past, rewards given to the losing team were abused. However, now that we have the /report feature, "leechers" shouldn't be as much of an issue.

the winning team should get 2 trick or treat bags and the losing team except the people reported as leechers should get 1 bag
It's supposed to be a fun event so there should be rewards wether you win or lose.

yeah, sounds good as nothing puts you off games like this more then 5 games with leavers/leachers in a row.
as long as leachers could be supressed, maybe 45 w/e movement and your kicked?

It happened last Wintersday with the Snowball Fight Arena... but that was before they put in the /report function.

Consolation prices are always cool.
Hm... for example. Victory tokens. 5 for winning. 1 even if you lose (and you DON'T leave NOR /resign)
They deserve getting something, so they stay and other players can punch them a bit more. Otherwise only 'good' players would stay, and fihts would get slower and slower, with more and more experienced players dodging and avoiding attacks.

Last wintersday the problem was that the prize for loosing was better then the prize for winning.

I have an even better idea: Play PvE and get your bags at a much faster rate. And actually have fun doing it.
